NP0079N — This new adapter allows any standard patch cable to breakaway in the event of a sudden pull to prevent damage to equipment. This so-called "Break-Away Adapter" can thus protect mobile and permanently installed devices and equipment from damage. The adapter's RJ45 jack has a release force that is far below standard values.
